Arsenal and Wales midfielder Aaron Ramsey has revealed he missed Wales game yesterday as a result of an hamstring problem instead of the flu virus which national team manager Chris Coleman told the media was the reason why the on form Ramsey missed yesterday’s game.
Speaking to his fans via his social media account on twitter, Ramsey said, “Gutted to miss the game yesterday, my hamstring was tight after training. Medical staff didn’t want to risk me.”
However, Ramsey went further to dispel any fear that he will miss Arsenal’s premier league clash against Southampton when he in another tweet said, “Will be fine for next weekend,”
With the news, one can only hope his national team managers will be wise enough to omit him out of their friendly match coming up on Tuesday. No point risking the health of the player for a meaningless friendly match
